Bernice F. Sadenwasser

Bernice F. Sadenwasser, 96, of Eagle, WI passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital.

Bernice was born on September 17, 1923 in Eagle, WI the daughter of Michael and Agnes (Kolkowski) Kramer. Bernice married Ty R. Sadenwasser on February 15, 1947. Bernice and Ty would go on to enjoy 50 years of marriage together until his death in 1997. God blessed Bernice and Ty with two loving sons, Steve and Bob. Bernice owned and operated Ty’s Tap in North Prairie with her husband for the majority of her working career. The two retired to Eagle Spring lake in 1988 and later moved to Eagle in 1996. Bernice’s Catholic faith was very important to her. She was a longtime active member at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Eagle. She was kind, caring and a friend to all. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Bernice is survived by: her two sons, Steve (Lynn Grabowski) Sadenwasser, and Bob (Shari Ropel) Sadenwasser; 2 grandchildren, David and Amy Sadenwasser; and a great-grandchild, Ava. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Ty, and 12 siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, February 28, 2020 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Eagle, WI (136 W. Waukesha Rd. Eagle, WI 53119). Fr. Dennis Ackeret will officiate the mass. Visitation will be held from 4:00PM to 7:00PM on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the Gibson Family Funeral Home in Eagle (103 W. Eagle St. Eagle WI 53119). Bernice will be laid to rest next to her husband in St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery in Eagle following mass.
