Gary Ward Furman Jr.

Gary W. Furman Jr., 48, of Dousman, WI passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at his home.

Gary was born on January 14, 1971 in Milwaukee, WI the son of Gary and Eldene (Roffers) Furman, Sr. Gary grew up in East Troy, WI and graduated from East Troy High School in 1989. He worked in maintenance and mechanics for the majority of his working career. Gary enjoyed playing video games, surfing the internet, and in his earlier years hunting and the outdoors. Gary was reserved and thoughtful. His loving family says that he did not say much, but when he did, people listened. He loved his family and his family loved him. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him.

Gary is survived by: his loving parents, Gary and Eldene Furman of Eagle, WI; 3 siblings, Marsha Hanson of Stone Bank, WI, Nella Tyrrell of Oconomowoc, WI, and Greg Furman of East Troy, WI; his son, Allen Timony of Eagle, WI; 3 nephews, Charles Furman of East Troy, WI, Michael Furman of Eagle, WI, and Daniel Tyrrell of Oconomowoc, WI; 2 aunts, Coral Samosky of Stuart, FL, and Sharon Roffers of Beaver Dam, WI; and 1 niece, Laura Tyrrell. Gary is also survived by a number of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: a niece, Maelyn Lind.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Little Prairie United Methodist Church in Little Prairie, WI. The Rev. Duane Goetsch will officiate the service. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00AM until the time of service at the church. Gary will be laid to rest during a private family service in Little Prairie Cemetery.
